Issue confirmed on Iron 109.0.5550.0
Unable to replicate using Chrome 109.0.5414.120, Firefox 115.32.0esr or Iron 135.0.6850.0

KeyCaptcha service has apparently been terminated and some MSFN pages cannot be completed due to this. This includes (at least) the Registration and Contact Us forms.
